Livadia pepper is a medium-maturing hybrid of sweet bell pepper, distinguished by high yield and large fruits. From transplanting seedlings to full ripening, it takes 75-80 days. The plant is strong, well-leafed, reaching up to 140 cm in height. Fruits have prism or cylindrical shape, approximately 18 cm long and 10 cm in diameter, weighing 200-300 grams. In technical ripeness, they are dark green, and in biological ripeness — bright red. Fruit wall thickness is about 8 mm, flesh is fleshy with a rich sweet taste.

Livadia hybrid is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus as well as various diseases and pests, making it a reliable choice for cultivation both in greenhouses and open ground. Seeds germinate at 25-28°C in approximately 15 days, and it is recommended to sow only pre-germinated seeds. Optimal planting density is 3-4 plants per square meter. Yield in open ground reaches over 8 kg per square meter, and in protected ground — about 14 kg, confirming the high productivity of the variety.

Livadia pepper is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including Northern, Northwest, and Central regions. Thanks to its resistance to temperature fluctuations and pests, as well as its large fruit size and excellent taste qualities, this hybrid is an excellent choice for making salads, lecho, and other dishes.
