Ibiza

Ibiza Pepper — an early Hungarian-type hybrid intended for cultivation in open ground, polyethylene greenhouses, and tunnels. This variety features compact plants and high yield, making it versatile and suitable for various climatic conditions. Ibiza is resistant to stress factors such as low and high temperatures and possesses good disease resistance, which is especially important for novice gardeners.

The fruits of the Ibiza pepper have a conical shape with four chambers, measuring approximately 10-15 cm in length and about 8 cm in diameter, weighing between 160 to 180 grams. They are characterized by dense walls and a vibrant yellow color, giving them an attractive appearance. Due to the dense structure of the fruits and their resistance to damage, this variety ensures a long storage life, making it ideal for fresh produce markets and processing.

The ripening period of the Ibiza pepper is 60-70 days, allowing for an early harvest. The hybrid consistently forms fruits even under adverse conditions, ensuring stable productivity. The seeds of this variety are produced in the Czech Republic and are suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under polyethylene coverings, expanding its application possibilities across different regions.
