Pepper Kesha

Field Performance and Maintenance

When managing the 'Kesha' pepper variety, efficiency is the key factor. Developed by breeders Vasily Blokin-Mechtalin and Konstantin Kulikov, this variety is designed for growers who prioritize low-maintenance operations. In open-field conditions, the plant's compact size eliminates the need for complex staking systems, significantly reducing labor costs. In greenhouse environments, the variety responds predictably to drip irrigation, focusing energy on fruit production rather than excessive vegetative growth.

Technical Specifications and Yield

With an average fruit weight of 30-40 grams, 'Kesha' offers reliable, consistent harvesting. The 4-5 mm wall thickness makes it an ideal workhorse for processing, including canning, drying, or freezing. You won't spend unnecessary time on sorting or prepping, as the uniform conical shape is standardized for efficiency.
