FUYU

Fuyu pepper is an early hybrid variety with very sweet and aromatic miniature fruits. The time from germination to full biological maturity is 105-110 days, allowing harvest within less than four months. Medium-height plants, reaching 70-90 cm, are compact and decorative, making them suitable for cultivation in open ground, greenhouses, on balconies, and even on windowsills.

Fuyu pepper fruits have a conical shape, a glossy deep red color, and a wall thickness of 4-5 mm. They are low-seeded, weighing 30-50 grams, making them ideal for whole-fruit canning and fresh consumption. A single plant can bear up to 30-40 evenly spaced fruits, which have good storability and are suitable for short-distance transportation.

The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 5 kg per square meter — as well as resistance to most diseases and pests. Seeds germinate at a temperature of 25-28 °C approximately on the 15th day after sowing. Due to its characteristics and versatility, Fuyu pepper is an excellent choice for gardeners seeking an early, sweet, and decorative harvest.
