ELZEM

Elzem F1 is a hybrid pepper variety of Capsicum, intended for cultivation in open ground. The plant has a semi-spreading, tall growth habit with good leafiness, which promotes prolonged fruiting. The fruits are narrowly conical, slightly drooping, with 2-3 chambers, uniform in size, and distinguished by excellent flavor.

Elzem F1 fruits reach an average weight of 110 to 200 grams, with a wall thickness of about 7 mm. In technical maturity, they are dark green, and in biological maturity, they turn bright red, making them attractive to consumers. The early vegetative ripening period is about 60 days, allowing for a quick harvest.

The hybrid exhibits resistance to Tomato mosaic virus (Tm:0) and Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus (TSWV), significantly increasing its reliability during cultivation. High market yield, reaching 4.2 kg per square meter in protected cultivation, makes this variety attractive for commercial production.
