ALLUR

The ALLUR pepper variety is a medium-maturing type suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under cover. It takes approximately 115-120 days from germination to full biological maturity. Plants are compact, up to 60 cm tall, and do not require complex pruning. Fruits have a narrow-triangular shape, up to 24 cm in length and 4-5 cm in width, weighing 130-140 g with walls 5-6 mm thick. Each plant produces 7 to 10 smooth, glossy fruits of bright, saturated yellow color, characteristic peppery aroma, and sweet flavor. The variety is distinguished by high yield — up to 5.0 kg per square meter in open ground and up to 6.0-6.5 kg under cover. Fruits ripen uniformly, facilitating harvest. ALLUR pepper has good commercial qualities and high transportability, making it suitable for commercial cultivation and sale. Seeds germinate at +25…+28°C in about 10 days, and it is recommended to use only pre-germinated seeds for sowing. Recommended planting density is 4 plants per square meter. Additionally, the variety is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), enhancing its reliability under various climatic conditions. The pepper is suitable for fresh consumption, canning, and use in salads, stewing, and preparation of first courses. High sugar content, exceeding 8 units on the Brix scale, gives the fruits an especially sweet taste, making the variety popular among sweet pepper enthusiasts.
