GREEK — this is a variety of sweet pepper, distinguished by high yield and versatility in use. The plant is compact, 70-80 cm tall, with large dark green leaves and weak wrinkling. The fruits are flat-round, weighing about 120 g, with thick walls up to 8 mm and 3-4 chambers. In technical ripeness, they are green, and in biological ripeness — deep dark red. The flavor of fresh fruits is excellent, making them suitable for fresh consumption, canning, and processing.

This variety is mid-season, ripening from late July to early September, and is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic covers or in greenhouses. The yield of marketable fruits reaches 2.9 kg per square meter, indicating high productivity of the variety. The plants are vigorous, ensuring good development and abundant fruiting.

Additionally, there is a product made from green spicy pepper grown in sunny Greece, ideal as a snack for lovers of spicy food. This product is free from GMOs and preservatives, stored in brine, and has high energy value — 145 kcal per 100 g. After opening, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator for no more than 30 days. Such pepper is not only tasty but also beneficial as a seasoning, diversifying the diet and enhancing the flavor of various dishes.
