Alessia pepper variety is a mid-early, high-yielding variety successfully grown both in open ground and under cover. The fruit ripens in 110–115 days after germination, allowing for harvest within relatively short timeframes.

The fruits of the Alessia pepper have a conical shape and medium size. In technical maturity, they are light green, and in biological maturity — deep dark red. The flesh thickness reaches 5 mm, providing pleasant juiciness and good taste qualities. The variety is characterized by good fruit set and adaptability to temperature fluctuations, contributing to a stable yield.

Alessia pepper is valued for the combination of early maturity, large fruit size, and high commercial qualities. Despite its medium plant height, the variety can yield up to 3 kg per plant.
