Pepper FLIGHT

Stable yields in any environment

The «Vzlet» sweet pepper variety is the go-to choice for agronomists focused on consistent results. Developed by Alexei Nikolaevich Denisov, this pepper shows rare plasticity: it thrives equally well in plastic greenhouses and open fields. The primary challenge that «Vzlet» addresses is Verticillium wilt, making it a strategic asset for farms struggling with soil pathogens.

Agrotechnical characteristics

With a 110–120 day maturity period, «Vzlet» falls into the mid-season category, allowing farmers to efficiently plan a harvest conveyor. The conical fruits ripen to a vibrant red, ensuring excellent marketability.

• Yield versatility: Depending on the farming practices and planting density, the variety produces a wide range of fruit sizes: from smaller 30–80g peppers ideal for processing and pickling to larger, premium 160–250g specimens for the fresh market.
• Cultivation management: While responsive to standard fertilization, the variety does not require complex protection schemes. Its core strength is its genetic resistance to Verticillium, which significantly reduces the need for frequent fungicide applications.

If your goal is to secure a predictable harvest of sweet peppers while minimizing risks from soil-borne diseases, «Vzlet» provides a solid, reliable foundation for your crop rotation.
