Description AMBER CUP
Amber Cup is a medium-late pepper variety suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. Plants of this variety reach a height of 65-75 cm, ensuring ease of care and harvest. The fruits have a cube-shaped form, smooth and glossy surface, with a weight of about 200 grams. In the unripe state, fruits are dark green, and upon ripening, they acquire a bright orange hue.

This variety is valued for its juicy, crisp fruits with thick walls of 7-9 mm. They possess a distinct spicy aroma and sweet taste, making them versatile for various culinary purposes. Amber Cup fruits are excellent for baking, vegetable ragouts, and fresh salads, thanks to their flavor profile and dense texture.

Cultivation begins with sowing seedlings at the end of February, followed by transplanting when the cotyledons emerge. Transplanting seedlings into the ground is recommended at the end of May. To form the plant, all side shoots and leaves should be removed up to the first fork, promoting better development of main fruits. The optimal planting scheme is 40x60 cm, providing sufficient space for growth and fruiting.
