Liza Pepper is a unique variety created by crossing Habanero White and Pimenta da Neyde. This hybrid is characterized by high spiciness, reaching 300,000 to 500,000 Scoville units, making it rare and sought after by lovers of spicy peppers. The fruits of this variety have an attractive purple hue on the outside and white flesh inside, and their flavor is marked by floral-fruit notes, which gives dishes a special piquancy and refinement.

The plant is medium-sized, semi-dwarf, with dark green, large, egg-shaped leaves. The fruits are conical in shape, broad and large, with a smooth, glossy surface and slightly defined ridges. They have 3-4 chambers and hang downward. In the technical ripening phase, the fruits are light green, and at biological ripeness, they turn dark red. Fruit mass varies from 160 to 300 grams depending on growing conditions and ripening stage. The flesh thickness is 5 to 9 mm, ensuring juicy and fleshy fruits.
