MILKY WAY

The "Milky Way" pepper variety is an early-maturing, high-yielding variety with distinctive and vibrant fruit coloring. In the technical ripening stage, the fruits have a delicate light-cream color with chocolate streaks and stripes, and in the biological ripening stage, they become bright orange with a purple moiré pattern. The fruits are cube-shaped or oval-conical-cube-shaped, smooth and very attractive, weighing from 200 to 350 grams, with a wall thickness of 6 to 9 mm. They are juicy, dense, slightly crunchy, and have excellent flavor, sweet and aromatic.

The plants are medium-height, ranging from 55 to 150 cm depending on growing conditions, moderately leafy and sturdy. The variety is suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground. The plant has shortened internodes, which contribute to compactness and ease of care. The fruits do not get damaged or cracked, ensuring their long-term storage.

The use of this pepper is versatile: it is excellent for fresh consumption, stuffing, making relish, and baking. For cultivation, seedlings should be sown at the end of February, with transplanting at the cotyledon stage and planting in the ground at the end of May. Plant shaping includes removing side shoots and leaves up to the first fork, and the planting scheme is 40x60 cm. This variety combines an attractive appearance, high fruit quality, and ease of cultivation.
