They have a glossy ruby color, length of 15-17 cm, and diameter of 12-15 cm. The thickness of the fleshy walls is 7-8 mm, and the number of seed chambers varies from 3 to 4. The fruits possess excellent juicy and firm texture, distinct sweet flavor, and aromatic spicy aroma, making them suitable for various culinary uses. The pepper is ideal for fresh consumption, preparation of vitamin snacks and salads, as well as for pickling and freezing for winter storage.
