Fruits are narrow-conical, up to 30-35 cm long, with thick walls 8-10 mm thick and weighing 200-250 grams. In the technical ripening stage, they are light green or milky-white, and in biological ripeness, they turn bright red or dark red. The variety is characterized by high yield — from one square meter, you can harvest 4.3 to 6 kg of fruit, and from one plant — 25-35 pieces.

This pepper is prized for its excellent taste qualities: the fruits are sweet, juicy, and meaty. Thanks to their uniform shape and wall thickness, they are ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for freezing and preparing various salads. Moreover, Banana Dessert is excellent for home canning, both sliced into rings and whole, due to the convenient shape and dense fruit structure.

The variety is resistant to adverse conditions and can be grown both in open ground, under plastic coverings, or in greenhouses.
