Peking cabbage variety Gentleness is an ultra-early hybrid intended for cultivation in both open and protected ground. The period from germination to the beginning of harvesting is only 45-48 days, which allows obtaining a harvest in a short time. The plant is characterized by a compact leaf rosette of semi-vertical form, while the heads have a wide-elliptic, neat shape with a weight of about 300-500 grams. The upper leaves are green, slightly wrinkled and hairless, while the inner ones are yellowish-white. Cabbage leaves are blistered, juicy and have a tender texture, which gives the vegetable an excellent taste. Due to its taste qualities, the hybrid is perfect for fresh consumption, as well as for making soups, main dishes and Korean appetizers. Peking cabbage Gentleness is rich in vitamins: C, provitamin A (carotene), E, B1, B2, B6, K, PP and folic acid, which makes it a useful product for dietary food for both adults and children.
