Description BIBIC
Bibic pepper is a medium-early hybrid of sweet pepper with high yield and excellent taste qualities. The plant is low-growing with green, wrinkled leaves of medium and large size. The fruits are prism-shaped, drooping and glossy, reaching a weight of 64 to 110 grams, with a wall thickness of 5.0-5.5 mm. In technical ripeness, the fruits are yellowish, while in biological ripeness they turn into a deep red. The taste of fresh fruits is rated as good to excellent, making this variety suitable for both fresh consumption and culinary processing.

Bibic pepper is characterized by high yield, reaching 169-339 centners per hectare in various cultivation regions. It is resistant to diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus, as well as to sunburn, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest. The plant is well adapted for cultivation both in open and protected ground, with recommended planting time in March-April and planting scheme of 50 x 30 cm. The fruits have good transportability and storability, facilitating their storage and marketing.

Bibic pepper is suitable for various applications: it can be eaten fresh, used for stuffing, frying, and grilling. Due to its sweet taste and firm flesh, it is excellent for preparing a wide range of dishes. This variety also tolerates cool climates, expanding cultivation possibilities. High fruit quality and stable yield make Bibic pepper an attractive choice for gardeners and farmers seeking delicious and productive pepper.
