Sweet pepper Belladonna F1 — an early hybrid developed by the Dutch seed company Seminis, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected environments. The plant is medium-height, compact, and leafy, characterized by high adaptability to climatic changes and low maintenance requirements. This hybrid is suitable for the first and second cropping seasons, showing good yield and resistance to common solanaceous diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus.

Belladonna F1 fruits have a cube-shaped form with four chambers, an average weight ranging from 140 to 200 grams, and dimensions of 8-9 cm in diameter and 10-11 cm in length. Wall thickness ranges from 6 to 9 mm, providing juicy, succulent flesh with a small seed chamber. At technical maturity, fruits are light olive or ivory-colored, while at biological maturity they develop a bright, saturated yellow hue. The skin is glossy and sufficiently dense, contributing to excellent transportability and long-term storage without loss of quality.

The Belladonna F1 hybrid boasts excellent flavor qualities, making it versatile for fresh market use, home cooking, as well as for canning, processing, and freezing. The recommended planting density is 35-40 thousand plants per hectare, promoting optimal growth and high productivity. The vegetation period ranges from 55-72 days depending on growing conditions, enabling early harvest and efficient planning of agronomic activities.
