Description AYULA
Hippophae rhamnoides 'AYULA' is a medium-sized thornless shrub or small tree with upright branches and a rounded crown. The plant typically reaches a height of 1.5 to 2 meters, and its planting density allows for yields within 27 t/ha under optimal conditions.

The fruits are oval, dark orange in color with a blush, weighing on average about 0.7 g. They contain up to 8.6% sugars, 2.6% acids, and significant amounts of vitamin C (up to 100 mg/100 g), carotenoids, and oils. Such composition makes them valuable for direct consumption fresh, as well as for the production of juice, jam, compote, preserves, and other products.

Yields reach 27 t/ha, and the average fruit weight allows obtaining about 5–6 kg of harvest from a single plant. The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness, resistance to pests and diseases, as well as good drought resistance, making it suitable for both home gardens and commercial production in moderate climatic conditions.
