BERRY OF FIRE

The Berry of Fire sea buckthorn variety is a versatile product, suitable both for fresh consumption and industrial processing: freezing, oil production, juices, and jams. The fruits are medium-sized, oval-round in shape, colored bright orange with a thin but tough skin. The flavor combines sweetness and acidity, while the aroma is rich, making the berries appealing to both gourmets and food producers.

Berry of Fire is characterized by high yields – up to 9–10 kg per tree – and early ripening (late August – early September). The plant reaches a height of about 2.5 m, has a closed root system, and adapts well to sunlight. The variety is drought-resistant, disease-resistant, and pest-resistant, and possesses high frost hardiness, allowing it to be grown in a wide range of climatic conditions.

The fruits contain significant amounts of sugar, carotenoids, and vitamin C, making them a valuable source of antioxidants. Thanks to these properties, Berry of Fire outperforms many regional varieties, including Chuy. The plant quickly enters fruiting (3–4 years), and with proper care, it achieves high survival rates – 99.99%. This makes the variety an ideal choice for both commercial plantations and small family farms where yield stability and product quality are important.
