SOLNYSHKO

Hippophae rhamnoides variety "SOLNYSHKO" is a mid-late variety that ripens in the third decade of August. Bushes reach a height of about 2.5–3 m, have a compact and dense crown with few-thorny branches, and an open root system ensures resistance to low temperatures.

The fruits of this variety are large, oval or cylindrical in shape, with a berry weight ranging from 0.9 to 1.4 g. The skin is dark orange, the pulp is juicy and rich in vitamin C, while the berries have a pleasant aroma and high taste qualities. Thanks to high yield, more than 15 kg of berries can be collected from one bush.

SOLNYSHKO is distinguished by its resistance to pests, diseases, and sharp temperature fluctuations. For optimal fruiting, the plant should be planted in sunny places, watered, and fertilized regularly. Bushes are suitable both for fresh consumption and for industrial processing, and their decorative characteristics make them attractive for horticulture.
