STIPLER

Stipler is a medium-maturing spring barley (Avena sativa L.) variety, distinguished by its complex use direction for both grain and green mass. It is characterized by high grain and dry matter yield, confirmed by state variety testing results. The variety was created by the method of individually-family selection from hybrid populations and possesses valuable grain quality characteristics, including 1000 grain weight within 30-41 g and natural grain density of 440-570 g/L.

Stipler is characterized by good ecological plasticity and resistance to main oat diseases, such as crown rust and loose smut. It also shows resistance to lodging and shattering, which contributes to yield preservation. Protein content in grain varies from 10.2 to 15.8%, making it suitable for production of high-quality food products.
