Spring barley variety «Krechet» is distinguished by its high yield and medium-early vegetation period, making it attractive for agricultural production. This variety is characterized by resistance to lodging and drought, ensuring stable growth and development even under unfavorable conditions. The mass of 1000 grains ranges from 32 to 39 grams, indicating the size and quality of the seeds.

«Krechet» barley seeds have a high protein content in the grain - from 9.0 to 13.2%, making them valuable for animal husbandry feed purposes. Due to the nutritional properties and high quality of the grain, the variety is also used in food production. The yield of the variety averages 35.6 centners per hectare, with maximum indicators up to 81.8 centners per hectare, confirming its high productivity.

The variety is recommended for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including the Kaliningrad, Novgorod, Pskov, Kirov, and Nizhny Novgorod regions. Despite moderate susceptibility to some diseases, such as powdery scab and bacterial burn, as well as high susceptibility to crown rust and red-brown spotting, «Krechet» maintains good agronomic indicators and grain quality, confirmed by relevant documentation.
