Honeysuckle NEKRASOVKA

NEKRASOVKA – a winter-hardy honeysuckle variety with dessert-flavored berries, distinguished by high yield and pleasant aroma. Berries are medium-sized (0.85–1.3 g), blue in color, with medium-thin skin and elongated oval shape. The taste is sweet-sour with a delicate aroma; sugar content is approximately 6.9%, acidity – 1.4%. The variety contains a large amount of vitamin C (up to 150 mg/100 g), making the berries healthy.

The bush is of medium height and density, with straight, slightly pubescent shoots. Leaves are lanceolate, yellowish-green. The variety is drought-, heat-, and cold-resistant, suitable for cultivation in various climate conditions – from temperate to subtropical. Yield is about 42 centners per hectare.

To ensure successful cultivation, choose fertile soil, proper planting location, and regular care. The variety is not susceptible to serious diseases and pests, reducing the need for chemical plant protection.
