SIBIRINKA

The 'Sibirinka' honeysuckle variety is a compact shrub with slow growth and moderate yield, yet it is distinguished by its hardiness and drought resistance. Bushes reach a height of up to 1.6 m, have a semi-circular shape and medium branch density, making them suitable for cultivation in home gardens and orchards. The berries are oval, wrinkled, blue with a bluish bloom, weighing about 1.1–1.5 g, with an acidic-sweet taste and aroma rated up to five points on the quality scale.

Fruiting begins as early as the second year after planting. Berries ripen synchronously in the mid-early period, ensuring convenient harvest collection. Due to its drought resistance and hardiness, 'Sibirinka' is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including regions with severe winters. Despite a slight tendency to berries dropping, the variety remains popular among gardeners due to the bright color of the fruits and their attractive appearance.
