Triumph potato is an early-maturing, high-yielding Russian variety, suitable for various culinary uses. Medium to large, oval to elongated-oval tubers with light-yellow skin and creamy flesh that does not darken after boiling. The variety has excellent flavor, with dense, non-watery flesh, making it ideal for salads, soups, and baking. Starch content ranges from 12-14%, and marketable tuber weight varies from 90 to 200 grams. Each plant can produce 20-25 tubers, contributing to high yields.

The maturity period is 55-60 days, allowing for early harvests and even two harvests per season in southern regions. With proper care, yields can reach up to 400 centners per hectare. Plants are medium-sized, with dark green leaves, well-adapted to various soil and climate conditions, and resistant to mechanical damage. Seed material retains its qualities for a long time without degeneration, ensuring stable yields year after year.

The variety exhibits high resistance to several pests and diseases, including golden potato nematode, Colorado potato beetle, potato cyst nematode, common scab, and viral infections. However, it requires moderate watering and regular soil loosening, and is susceptible to wet rot and wireworm damage. Optimal planting scheme is 25×60 cm. Triumph potato has excellent storability — up to 96% — preserving quality and flavor during storage and transport.
