The grape variety Iскорка is an early-mid-season table type with a vegetation period from bud break to technical maturity, lasting 132-140 days. The vines are medium-sized with satisfactory shoot development. Bunches are cylindrical-conical in shape, sometimes with wings, medium-sized, weighing about 190 grams, dense. Berries are oval, white, medium-sized (approximately 15.8x13.4 mm), weighing about 1.8 grams, with thin and tough skin. Flesh is juicy, with a simple flavor profile, sugar content of 20-21.5%, and acidity of 6-9 g/l. The variety exhibits enhanced cold resistance up to -24°C, as well as resistance to mildew and oidium, making it reliable for cultivation in various climatic conditions. To achieve high yields, timely green operations such as pruning excess shoots and tying are necessary. The vine load is 30-45 buds per vine, with fruiting canes pruned to 3-4 buds. Average yield reaches 4-5 kg per vine. Iскорка is suitable for producing high-quality white table wines and juices. Due to its characteristics, this variety is an excellent choice for both amateur and commercial cultivation. Its berries have a pleasant taste and good juiciness, making them attractive to consumers.
