Cardishah Tairovskiy is an early-ripening hybrid grape variety that matures within 105-115 days. The vines are medium-sized, and the clusters have a cylindrical-conical shape, medium density, weighing 250 to 450 grams. The berries are large and medium-sized, round, pink-red in color, turning red upon full ripening. Berry size is approximately 19-22 mm in diameter, weight ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 grams. The flesh is firm and crisp, with a pleasant muscat aroma, and the skin is edible. The flavor is harmonious, making this variety especially appealing for table use.
The sugar content of the berries ranges from 15-17%, and acidity is 4-6 g/l, providing a balanced taste. With proper care, clusters can remain on the vines for up to a month, during which the berries continue to accumulate sugar and retain their aroma and flesh density. Average yield is about 4 kg per vine. For optimal fruiting, it is recommended to have a load of 30-35 buds per vine with pruning to 3-5 buds. Shoots develop well, contributing to stable plant growth.
Cardishah Tairovskiy has moderate resistance to frost and fungal diseases, but for successful cultivation, it is recommended to plant vines near buildings and cover them with snow in winter. To prevent diseases, at least three sprays with reliable fungicides such as Ridomil and Shavit are necessary. This variety is highly appreciated for its flavor and is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including northern regions of Ukraine.
