Autumn variety selected at the Stavropol Experimental Station for Horticulture. Obtained by hybridization of the pear varieties Williams Ch L Lesnaya Krasavitsa. Breeder: P. V. Kuznetsov. Industrial type variety. Grows well on apple trees.
Trees are medium-sized, fast-growing, with a low, spherical crown. Numerous gray branches.
Shoots are medium, straight, light-brown. Leaves are medium-sized, egg-shaped, short-pointed, dark green, smooth. Leaf blade is concave. Leaf margin is finely toothed. Petiole is long, medium, bare. Stipules are small.
Fruits are large or very large (mass 200-400 g), blunt-conical or truncated-pear-shaped, one-dimensional. Main color at harvest is green, covering color is golden-red blush; during storage, fruits become golden-yellow with bright red blush on most of the surface. Peduncle is short.
Flesh has good taste.
Harvesting ripeness: September 15-20. Under normal conditions, storage life is 20-25 days. High yield. High winter hardiness.
Advantages of the variety: fruits have high commercial and consumer qualities.
Disadvantages of the variety: requires high agronomic care; only under these conditions can a high yield of high-quality marketable fruits be obtained annually.
