Dombokovskaya Memory is an early seedless black grape variety created through the selection and cross-breeding of Zaria Severa and Unique кишмиш varieties. The ripening period for berries is about 115-120 days from bud break, classifying it as an early variety. Bushes are vigorous with large dark green three-lobed leaves, and flowers are hermaphroditic, ensuring good pollination and high yield. The vine is characterized by excellent maturation and rooting of cuttings, which facilitates successful propagation and cultivation.
Clusters of Dombokovskaya Memory are large to very large, dense, and winged, measuring about 30 by 20 cm, with an average weight of approximately 350 grams, while the largest can exceed 1 kilogram. Berries are medium-sized, round, black or dark purple in color, with burgundy juice. The taste of the berries is harmonious and pleasant, making this variety attractive to consumers. High frost resistance up to -27 °C and resistance to fungal diseases allow the grape to be cultivated in various climatic conditions, including areas with critical farming conditions.
The variety is distinguished by good disease resistance and high yield, making it profitable for commercial cultivation. Thanks to its early ripening period and berry quality, Dombokovskaya Memory is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing. Its vigorous growth and ability to excellent vine maturation ensure a stable and quality harvest with proper care.
