Grape MOON

The Moon grape variety is a medium-sized table variety with complex resistance and medium-late maturity. Bushes are vigorous, ensuring good plant growth and development. Bunches are large and very large, mostly conical with wings, weighing from 0.3 to 1.5 kg. Berries are round or slightly oval, large — about 24-28 mm in size and weighing from 5 to 10 g. Berry color varies from white-pink with a thick waxy bloom to a rich pink shade, which intensifies with abundant sunlight. The flesh is fleshy, dense, and crunchy, with a pleasant harmonious taste and a light muscat aroma. The Moon variety is highly resistant to major grape diseases such as mildew, powdery mildew, and gray rot, and possesses increased frost hardiness — withstands temperatures down to minus 22°C and lower. This makes it suitable for growing in regions with moderately cold climates. Yields per bush range from 8 to 10 kg; berries have medium transportability, allowing them to maintain quality during transport. The tasting score of fresh grapes reaches 8.7 points, confirming the high taste qualities of the variety. Moon grapes are suitable for fresh consumption due to their fleshy and juicy flesh as well as the attractive appearance of the berries. Strong skin ensures fruit preservation and ease of transport. The variety is recommended for lovers of sweet and aromatic table grapes who appreciate the combination of taste, resistance, and yield.
