The Bilozersky grape variety is an early maturing variety with a ripening period of 110-115 days. The vines are vigorous, with two-flowered blooms, which facilitates good pollination and high yields. The cane ripens early, and the variety is highly frost-resistant, tolerating temperatures down to -28 to -29°C, making it suitable for cultivation in regions with cold winters.
The berries are large, oval, white or green-yellow in color, weighing 8-10 grams. The flesh is firm and crisp, with a harmonious flavor and a subtle muscat note. The clusters are large, weighing 600 to 1200 grams, ensuring high marketability and attractive harvests. The variety is characterized by high sugar content, making the berries especially sweet and flavorful.
Bilozersky exhibits enhanced disease resistance, with a susceptibility rating of 2.5-3 points, reducing the need for frequent protective treatments. The yield is high — 3-4 clusters form on each cane, which can remain on the vine for two months without quality loss. The selection belongs to Bachinsky, with parent varieties being the Zaporozhie Podarunok and Kishmish.
