Description DOLBCHATY
Vine Dolbchaty is a table variety with a very late ripening period, lasting about 140 days. It belongs to the Eastern eco-geographical group and is characterized by medium-sized bushes with good shoot ripening. Leaves are medium-sized, rounded, with deep incisions and a light green color, partially hairy on the underside. Flowers are perfect (bisexual), which promotes good pollination and fruit set.

Bunches are large, cylindrical or conical in shape with medium density, weighing around 300 grams. Berries are very large, oval, yellowish-white in color with a thick waxy bloom and well-defined ribbing, giving them an original and attractive appearance. Skin is of medium thickness, pulp is fleshy and juicy with a delicate muscat aroma, making the taste harmonious and pleasant.

The variety is distinguished by high yield and excellent frost resistance, withstand temperatures down to -29 °C. Thanks to these qualities, Dolbchaty is popular among gardeners who prefer late-ripening grape varieties with good resistance to adverse conditions. This grape is excellent for fresh consumption, as well as for preparing various desserts and wine beverages.
