ANAPSKY RESISTANT

Anapsky Resistant is a universal grape variety of medium maturity, intended for fresh consumption and juice preparation. The bunches of this variety are large, cylindro-conical in shape, of medium or high density, weighing about 200 grams. The berries are of medium size, round, with a white or greenish-yellow hue, with a dense skin and juicy flesh, possessing a harmonious taste with a delicate muscat aroma. The berries contain 1-2 seeds. Ripening occurs in the second decade of September, although some sources note ripening at the end of August.

The variety is characterized by high yield - from 130 to 150 centners per hectare, which makes it attractive for commercial cultivation. Shoots are strong, with good ripening and a high fruiting coefficient. Leaves are large, strongly lobed, with weak bristly hairing of the lower surface. Anapsky Resistant has increased resistance to phylloxera and frost, as well as medium resistance to fungal diseases such as downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray rot.

For this variety, high-cordon training with pruning of fruiting canes of medium or short length is recommended. Thanks to its characteristics and resistance, the Anapsky Resistant grape is suitable for cultivation in the North Caucasus region and other areas with similar climatic conditions, ensuring a stable and quality harvest.
