The Uralets garlic variety is spring garlic, intended for spring planting. This mid-season variety is not bulbing, which simplifies care and improves crop quality. Leaves are light green with a weak waxy coating, about 36 cm long and 1.1 cm wide. The bulb is round-flat in shape, with dense white flesh and cream-colored papery skins. The garlic has a semi-sharp taste, making it versatile for culinary use.

The yield of the variety varies depending on growing conditions and ranges from 0.3 to 1 kg per square meter. Bulbs have a varying number of cloves: from 3 to 20, depending on the specific characteristics of the planting material. Bulb weight can range from 35 to 120 grams. The variety has good storage durability, allowing garlic to be stored for 8-10 months without loss of quality.

Uralets is recommended for cultivation in personal subsidiary holdings throughout the territory of Russia. Due to its unpretentiousness and resistance to growing conditions, it is suitable for various climatic zones. This garlic is excellent for use fresh, as well as for long-term storage and subsequent use in cooking.
