SHUNUT

The bulb of this variety is round-flat in shape, weighs about 47 grams and consists of 13-16 cloves with a complex structure.

The appearance of the bulb is distinguished by the white color of dry scales with anthocyanin stripes, and leather scales are also white. The garlic flesh is white, and the taste is characterized as semi-spicy, making it versatile for various culinary applications.
