Garlic YERSHOVSKY

Yershovsky garlic is a medium-early spring variety with a non-shoot type of growth. The bulbs of this variety have an oval-flat shape and white color of dry scales, and their mass is about 35 grams. The number of cloves in one bulb varies from 16 to 25 pieces, and the cloves have a simple structure. The taste of the garlic is semi-sharp, which makes it universal for various culinary applications.

The leaves of the plant are green in color with a medium-intensity waxy coating, the leaf length reaches 50 cm, and the width is about 1.5 cm. The variety differs in high yield - up to 0.7 kg per square meter, as well as good resistance to diseases, which ensures a stable harvest. Thanks to these characteristics, Yershovsky garlic is suitable for growing in various climatic conditions.

Storage of bulbs is possible for 7 months, which allows using the harvest for a long time after collection. The versatility of the variety and its good taste qualities make it in demand for both home growing and commercial production.
