Malachite

Dill of the Malachite variety is a mid-late variety with a period from full germination to harvesting greens of 30-38 days. The leaf rosette is elevated, reaches a height of up to 29 cm and a diameter of up to 19 cm, consisting of 10-12 leaves. The mass of one plant at harvesting is 40-45 grams. Leaves are medium-sized, rhomboid in shape, bright green in color, strongly dissected and without a waxy coating. Young leaves may have weak anthocyanin coloration, leaf length reaches 18 cm, width — 15 cm.

This dill variety is widely used in the culinary field both fresh and dried. Dill umbels are suitable for canning, which makes the variety universal for various methods of application. Thanks to its characteristics, Malachite is excellent for growing in different conditions, including open and closed ground.
