Dill Green Sleeves

Cilantro Green Sleeves — an early variety developed by the Dutch company Enza Zaden, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and protected environments. The maturation period is 25–35 days, allowing for quick harvest of fresh greens. Seeds are dark green in color, with 600–900 seeds per gram. This variety is suitable for year-round cultivation, including organic farming, and can be successfully grown in greenhouses, polytunnels, and even in containers on balconies.

The plant forms a spreading rosette about 20 cm tall, with dark green stems and medium-sized leaves finely divided and covered with a waxy coating. Cilantro Green Sleeves has a high leaf mass compared to standard varieties, ensuring a high yield — up to 2.7 kg per square meter. The plant is cold-tolerant, sun-loving, and withstands hot weather with proper watering, and also shows resistance to bolting and diseases.

The cilantro leaves of Green Sleeves have a pleasant taste and strong aroma, which remains even after heat treatment and drying. Due to these qualities, the variety is excellent for both fresh consumption and processing. Its high quality and marketable appearance make this cilantro popular in the market, while its versatility and adaptability to various growing conditions make Green Sleeves an excellent choice for gardeners and farmers.
