The Euphorie dill variety is distinguished by its very bright and strong aroma, which is due to the high content of essential oils in the plant. Thanks to this, it is widely used in cooking as a seasoning, and is also used for pickling and canning. Medium-maturing variety, which matures for harvesting greens in 40-45 days after germination, and for harvesting spice - in 80-95 days.
Euphorie plants are vigorous, bushy and compact, well-foliated, form a lush rosette about 25 cm high. During flowering, the height reaches 80-100 cm, while the plants are covered with large umbels. Dill leaves are large, dark green color with a slight waxy coating, which gives them a fresh and attractive appearance.
The mass of the cut plant is approximately 30 grams when harvesting greens and about 70 grams when harvesting spice. These characteristics make the Euphorie variety a convenient and productive choice for growing in both personal gardens and commercial purposes.
