Krepychech salad «TEMP» is a fast-maturing, cold-hardy variety that grows quickly and is easy to cultivate both in open ground and in protected conditions: greenhouses, window box trays, or even indoors year-round. Seeds germinate at temperatures from +6 to +8 °C, and the optimal growth temperature is around 15 °C, ensuring rapid growth of slender stems and small leaflets.

The leaves of «TEMP» are distinguished by their delicate green coloration and a characteristic spicy, slightly sharp taste. They are rich in nutrients and are excellent as fresh herbs for salads, as well as a garnish for soups, meat, and fish dishes. Thanks to its high cold hardiness, you can harvest even during cool periods of the year.

For successful cultivation, it is important to maintain adequate soil moisture – this prevents premature bolting of the plant. The variety requires no special care: it is light-loving and moisture-loving, so regular watering and moderate lighting are sufficient. In open ground, seeds are sown early in spring or at the end of summer; in protected areas, it can be grown year-round.

The final result is the quick acquisition of fresh greens: from sowing to harvest usually takes 10–12 days, but with slower growth it may take up to three weeks. This makes «TEMP» an ideal choice for those who value a quick and reliable harvest of pungent greens at any time of the year.
