DARBENT DREAM

DARBENT DREAM is an early-maturing cress variety, valued for its rich vitamin complex and high mineral content, such as iron, iodine, and potassium. The plant grows quickly: it takes about 40 days from full germination to commercial maturity.

Adult plants have a semi-erect rosette of leaves approximately 18 cm high and 6 cm in diameter. The leaves are large, long-stemmed, green, with serrated and wavy edges; they are juicy, tender, and have a slightly sharp spicy taste. Due to its unpretentiousness to growing conditions, this variety grows easily both in open ground in summer and in a protected room in winter, as well as at home in boxes with a thin layer of soil.

DARBENT DREAM is excellent for making fresh salads and seasonings. It can be used at early growth stages – as microgreens, or fully mature leaves can be harvested. Thanks to fast growth and cold resistance, this variety ensures constant access to vitamins even in the winter.
