This variety features a compact, semi-spreading rosette with large, deeply lobed dark green leaves possessing a strong aroma. The maturation period is approximately 35-45 days, allowing harvest from early spring until the beginning of autumn. Due to its adaptability to various climatic conditions, Anette coriander tolerates both heat and cold without ceasing growth and development.
The plant forms a bushy type with short internodes, promoting dense and uniform growth of greens. Under proper care, the average weight of one plant can range from 50-60 grams to 150 grams, making this variety attractive for both home cultivation and commercial production. Anette coriander can withstand multiple harvests per season — up to four — thanks to its rapid regeneration, significantly increasing overall yield.
This variety is versatile in application: its greens are suitable for fresh consumption, drying, pickling, and preservation. Anette coriander can be stored in warehouse conditions for 10-15 days while maintaining its market appearance and aroma.
