This makes it an ideal choice for those seeking fresh greens during the winter and early spring periods, as well as for home cultivation in trays with a thin layer of soil (5–8 cm). The leaves of this variety are semi-erect, light green, tender, and have a pleasantly spicy taste.
Mustard seed Vitáminchik is rich in B-group vitamins, vitamin C, carotene, and rutin, as well as containing micronutrients – iron, iodine, and potassium.
