CROCODILE is a mid-late bush variety of dill developed by the breeding company Libra Seeds. It is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 7 kilograms per square meter, making it an excellent choice for modern farmers. The plant is tall, reaching a height of up to 80-100 centimeters, with strong branches and an average bush weight of about 150 grams. Dill CROCODILE has dark green leaves with a waxy coating and a thin, pleasant aroma, which is preserved even after prolonged storage.
This variety is versatile and suitable for cultivation in both open and closed ground. It withstands both high and low temperatures well, and is capable of enduring moisture deficiency, making it undemanding and resistant to various climatic conditions. Thanks to high resistance to bolting, CROCODILE allows for several cuts per season with rapid green recovery — re-cutting is possible as early as 10-12 days after the previous one.
Dill CROCODILE is intended for fresh consumption and is also excellent for winter preparations such as drying, freezing, and pickling. Its juicy, tender, and bright green foliage with a rich aroma is in demand on the fresh market and for processing. To obtain a stable yield, seeds are recommended to be sown in two terms — at the beginning of spring and in mid-summer, which ensures a long period of harvesting aromatic greens throughout the season.
