Carrot variety TuShon is an early-maturing vegetable with a vegetation period of 70-80 days, intended for early bunch production. The root crops have a cylindrical shape with a blunt end, measuring 15-17 centimeters in length and weighing between 100 to 150 grams. The flesh and core are colored orange-red, and the root crop does not contain a hard core, ensuring a pleasant texture and high taste qualities. The variety is characterized by high sugar content—about 8.5%, as well as significant carotene levels reaching 11.6-15% per 100 grams of product, making the carrot especially beneficial and nutritious. TuShon carrot is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing, making it a versatile choice for farmers and manufacturers. The yield of the variety is 55-60 tons per hectare (or 5-6 kg per square meter), ensuring high product output with proper care and planting. It is recommended to sow from March to June with inter-row spacing of 25 cm and row spacing of 5 cm, while harvest can be collected from June to October.
