Carrot variety Favorit is a late Nantes-type variety with a vegetation period of 140-150 days. The root is cylindrical, 16-18 cm long, with a rich orange-red color. It is straight, smooth, with a blunt tip and a dense core, and the top does not turn green. The flesh is tender and juicy, making it attractive for fresh consumption and canning.
The Favorit variety is characterized by high yield and good keeping quality over long storage, especially when sown late.
