Cabbage Fortaleza F1 is a mid-early hybrid developed by the Dutch seed company Seminis, suitable for cultivation in both open and protected ground. The vegetation period is approximately 75-80 days, allowing harvest from mid-July to late October. The plant features vigorous growth and good adaptability to various weather conditions, ensuring stable high yields across different regions.

It forms dense, round heads of white color weighing 2 to 2.3 kg. Upper leaves cover flower heads by about 80-85%, contributing to the formation of high-quality heads. The hybrid has high market value and good transportability, making it popular for fresh consumption as well as for industrial processing, freezing, and preparation of various dishes.

For successful cultivation of Fortaleza F1, seedlings are recommended with mandatory watering, mineral fertilizer feeding, and regular bed maintenance including loosening and weeding.
