Bluegrass SPIDER

A Reliable Foundation for High-Traffic Surfaces

When selecting a grass blend for high-traffic areas, such as amateur stadiums or public parks, ease of maintenance and the speed of turf recovery are critical. The 'Spider' Kentucky bluegrass variety, developed by Russian breeding institutes, is designed specifically for professionals who demand durability and predictable growth patterns.

Operational Performance

Spider Kentucky bluegrass provides a balanced growth cycle. With a germination time of 14–20 days, the grass establishes a dense, resilient sod that stands up to heavy wear. Whether for sports fields or landscaping, the variety offers a high degree of structural integrity, ensuring the surface remains firm under pressure.

Maintenance and Durability

• Visual Appeal: The leaves feature a classic medium-green color, maintaining a lush appearance throughout the season with standard maintenance practices.
• Disease Resistance: The high resistance to common fungal diseases minimizes the need for frequent chemical treatments, saving on operational costs.
• Regeneration: The robust root system is the standout feature for operators: 'Spider' aggressively heals bare spots and damage, significantly reducing the need for overseeding after intense usage seasons.

Choosing 'Spider' means investing in long-term efficiency. It is a low-maintenance, high-performance solution that allows operators to maintain a professional-quality surface without constant intervention.
