VISIM

Timothy grass «VISIM» is a high-quality perennial herbaceous crop from the cereal family, intended for creating dense lawns and pastures. Seeds have a high purity (97%) and hermization up to 96%, which ensures fast and reliable growth. Under optimal conditions, plants reach a height of 15–20 cm, and the density of the cover allows withstanding mechanical loads for 15‑20 years.

Key agronomic parameters include sowing rate from 2 to 3 kg per hundred square meters (200‑300 kg/ha) and planting depth 0.5–1 cm. Timothy grass grows well in neutral and slightly acidic fertile soils (pH 5‑7), and if necessary, you can add sand or lime to improve soil structure. The sowing period is wide – from March to September, but seeds can be sown all year round under suitable climatic conditions.

The advantages of the product include high frost resistance (from -5 °C to +30 °C), drought tolerance and the ability to withstand flooding for up to 30 days. Thanks to its dense root system, timothy grass protects the soil from erosion, and its thick cover provides decorative appeal to lawns and sports fields. To maintain lawn health, regular watering (twice a week under normal conditions) and periodic mowing at a height of 4‑8 cm are required. During drought, watering must be increased to daily.
