Thanks to frost and drought resistance, the lawn maintains its attractiveness for 15‑20 years. Seeds are easily sown by hand or with a seeder; after sowing, drip irrigation and regular care are required, including the first mowing at a height of 4–7 cm.

The variety is often used in mixtures with ryegrass, meadow oatgrass, white clover, which increases resistance to diseases, pests, and mechanical damage.
